Our Price You'll quickly find that the prices we charge are lower than most other mailorder sites. This is because we try to achieve the best value we can for you. We add a delivery charge which will appear when it is calculated in checkout - based on distance, weight and speed of delivery. Tax will be added on the rare occasion it is applicable. Availability Normally an item will be dispatched directly from stock, but occasionally an item will be marked as 'Back Ordered'. In this case, you the customer may still order the item and we will do our very best to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as a delivery arrives. However, the time this takes is somewhat outside our control and so you may cancel the order at any time without penalty, in which case you will be given a full refund. In Checkout The required quantity of an item can be changed by altering the number shown against it in the box. Or if you wish it can be removed altogether from the accumulated list by setting the quantity to 0 and refreshing the page. When you are happy you have a completed list, select the button to move to the payment area. Shipping Charges You are offered four options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver. There is no fee for the cancellation of backorders. SHOP INSTALL OPTIONMaybe you would like us to undertake for you the installation of parts you order from us. In this case we have what we have called Shop Installation on the shopping cart page. If you opt for this route, you won't be charged a cent until we've contacted you to make arrangements for the work to be done at a time convenient to you. At the same time we will quote you a charge to include both parts and installation and arrange payment. Dyno4mance Inc. provides excellent customer service that is second-to-none. All parts have the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns under warranty may be made at any time within the warranty period. New-in-box items may be returned and exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment. with the following exceptions: Light bulbs and their housings and other electrical and electronic parts MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. In addition, no refunds can be given on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, down-pipes, brake kits, coil-over kits or special orders. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. If you do need to return something, call us first. We'll give you a Return Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. If we accidentally ship the wrong item, Dyno4mance Inc. will cover all shipping expenses. Backorders Most items will be held in stock, but sometimes there are backorders from the manufacturers. If Dyno4mance Inc. is unable to fill the entire order, the balance of the shipment will be placed on backorder. If there will be a significant delay we will contact you. All backorders must be cancelled by customer or will be automatically shipped upon their availability. There is no fee for the cancellation of backorders. Damaged Shipment In rare instances where your order arrives damaged, please call or email us within 24 hours. We will file a insurance claim with the carrier and ship a non-damaged item. Order Cancellation If you place an order and then cancel the order before it ships there is a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can keep the money for in-store credit and no cancellation fee will apply. This 10% fee is charged by our credit card processor for any refund. An order marked in our catalog as backordered at the time your order is placed will not be subject to this cancellation fee. PrivacyThis site is owned and operated by Dyno4mance Inc.
